Hydraulic Dielectric Isolators
AdelWiggins hydraulic isolators and dielectric lightning isolators provide reliable aerospace lightning protection while maintaining superior hydraulic system performance. Leveraging over 20 years of dielectric experience, AWG designed the first hydraulic isolators in 2005 through a rigorous design, analysis, and test program. Since then, we have delivered over 1,000 ship sets of aerospace composite isolators and hydraulic dielectric isolators to commercial and military platforms worldwide.
Available in inline and bulkhead configurations, these isolators are engineered to:
-
Provide lightning and ESD protection
-
Withstand hydraulic system pressures up to 5,000 psig
-
Maintain dielectric isolation across wide temperature ranges
-
Meet CFR 25.613 statistical strength allowables
-
Survive environmental extremes including vibration, shock, fluid exposure, and altitude
