CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY IN SUPPLY CHAINS ACT OF 2010 COMPLIANCE
AdelWiggins is committed to promoting and conducting business in an ethical and responsible manner. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics mandates compliance by all directors, officers, employees, representatives and persons performing services for us with all laws and regulations on bribery, corruption and employment practices. Such compliance would include compliance by our suppliers with laws prohibiting the use of forced labor, child labor, human trafficking or slavery. We do not condone any use of forced labor, child labor, human trafficking or slavery in our supply chain. However, due to the nature of our supply base and the products we purchase, we have determined that it is unnecessary to conduct independent verification of product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery, to audit suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance with laws regarding trafficking and slavery, to require certifications from our suppliers regarding such compliance or to maintain specific training, standards or procedures with respect thereto. We do currently conduct informal observations of suppliers on occasion and, as previously stated, we generally require contracted suppliers to comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to those prohibiting forced labor, child labor, human trafficking and slavery. Should we become aware of any credible indication of the use of forced labor or child labor or of human trafficking or slavery on the part of a direct supplier, we will take appropriate action.
